During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the delicious food served by the friendly staff. the location is conveniently situated near Kruger, making it easy to reach the park. It is also close to shopping centers where we could easily buy groceries and other essentials. We also appreciated the option of having an on-call spa service available in our room.
the rooms were quite small and lacked some amenities we had expected.

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They couldn't even be bothered to greet us properly or answer any of our questions. It felt like they just wanted us to leave as soon as possible.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the R536 towards Kruger and just a short drive to Phabeni Gate. There are also shopping options nearby, such as Lowveld mall and Hazyview Junction. the staff at the lodge are accommodating and the food served is absolutely delicious. guests can enjoy the convenience of an on-call spa service right in their rooms.
The rooms lacked some necessary amenities.
